Located 3 km away on Daku Road, Flora Tropica Garden offers a guided tour of their gorgeous gardens, home to 300 types of palms and countless tropical flowers and fruit trees. Birds and butterflies love it here just as much as visitors, who are rewarded with stunning views over Savusavu Bay at the end of the timber boardwalk. Entry fee $20 per person.
A great snorkeling spot approximately 3 kilometers away located just off the beach in front of the Jean-Michel Cousteau Fiji Islands Resort, located opposite road marker post No.63 It is marked with a yellowish buoy). Split Rock is considered the best snorkeling spot in Savusavu Bay. The site is home to some of the most vibrant and colorful coral in the bay, as well as several reef species, such as clownfish, sergeant fish and damsels. Giant clams, grouper and parrotfish are also commonly seen in and around split rock.
Approximately 20 minutes drive towards Labasa. A "Kava sevusevu" for the village chief and an entry fee of $10 per person takes you to tour of the Fijian village and a gorgeous waterfall.
